This portal collects information voluntarily submitted by visitors for the purpose of receiving, reviewing and handling complaints, feedback and suggestions.

Information may include your name, telephone or WhatsApp number, email address, location, written details, images and PDF evidence. For security, fraud prevention and case administration, the portal also records technical information such as the IP address observed by the server, browser user-agent, screen/viewport size, browser language, platform/device information, time zone and referring page where available. Name and contact details are required for all submissions so the report can be identified and, where necessary, followed up.

Submitted information and evidence are stored on the Prabasi web server. Access should be limited to authorised persons responsible for reviewing submissions. Do not upload unnecessary identification documents, passwords, banking credentials, medical information or other highly sensitive information unless it is essential to your report.

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to review the matter, maintain records, respond to legal obligations, protect rights, prevent abuse or resolve disputes.

Internet transmission and web hosting always involve some risk. Although reasonable safeguards are used, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Analytics and tags

This website may use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager when enabled by the site administrator. These services may process technical and usage information in accordance with their own terms and privacy practices. The reporting form separately stores the technical information described above as part of the submission record.

এই পোর্টালে দর্শনার্থীরা স্বেচ্ছায় অভিযোগ, মতামত ও পরামর্শ জমা দিতে পারেন। জমা দেওয়া তথ্য পর্যালোচনা, রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ এবং প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা হবে।

জমা দেওয়া তথ্য ও প্রমাণ Prabasi ওয়েব সার্ভারে সংরক্ষিত থাকবে। অপ্রয়োজনীয় পরিচয়পত্র, পাসওয়ার্ড, ব্যাংকিং তথ্য, চিকিৎসা সংক্রান্ত তথ্য বা অন্য কোনো অতিসংবেদনশীল তথ্য আপলোড করবেন না, যদি না তা অভিযোগের জন্য একান্ত প্রয়োজনীয় হয়।
